NOTE:

  1. Customer can raise a return/refund or service-related request only via calling the customer support team  
  2. Items purchased can be exchanged /original payment within 7 days if the following conditions are satisfied:
    - The product is unused with original packing, which means it is unopened from shrink wrap or original seal, unused and in its original condition, with operation manual, accessories, and E-Max labels attached. 
    - If a product is opened; the product should be approved by the authorized service center for exchange or return. 
    - If the product is opened; the reason for returning the product must be extremely genuine and certified by the authorized service center that it is beyond repair.
  3. Please retain the original invoice & warranty card as your proof of purchase for claims within the warranty period. 
  4. Standard warranty term is one year from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. 
  5. Should you require any clarification, please call the Customer Service Representative for assistance. 
  6. Customers must visit EMAX stores for return/exchange or refund related concern. Please find the list of EMAX stores by clicking on the link Emax - City centre.

Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Exchange will not be considered without original invoice/warranty card. 
  2. Goods will not be considered for exchange after 7 days from the date of the invoice. Customer can only avail brand warranty service only if applicable. 
  3. In case a return is accepted, a refund for items purchased by bank cards will be transferred to the respective bank card account up to 15 working days. In case purchase was made through cash, it will be credited to Shukran Wallet. 
  4. For the products that are not covered by warranty conditions, the service charge, if any, to be borne by the customer. 
  5. Delivery & installation charges, if any, incurred will be borne by the customer. Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable. 
  6. All products will not be exchanged unless approved by the authorized distributor of the product. Such products will be repaired as per the warranty conditions. 
  7. The following items cannot be considered for exchange or return: game CDs or cartridges, writable CDs, personal care items like shavers, epilators 
  8. Any article violating article no (6) of Consumer Protection Law (8), year 2008 is to be cancelled.
